Reviews for Country Critters Veterinary Clinic

We know you have many choices when picking an a veterinarian, and we’re thankful that you’ve trusted us with your pet.

I already wrote a review for this place but I’m more than happy to do it again this place is absolutely wonderful, I am definitely glad I made the switch from my old clinic to this one. The staff and veterinarian, are very awesome with the animals and cannot express how happy I am that I am at this place. I was not overcharged, and she fixed my “incurable” issue in just a couple of months. I am so grateful, I have and would definitely recommend this place to any new pet owner or old pet owner.

They were super amazing with my pit mix.
Good at nail trimming.
Had all the services I needed in one spot.
Fair pricing. Called and had gotten a quick appointment for the same day.

Very professional. Not very long waits. Prices are about the same, if not cheaper, than a lot of the vets I’ve been to. Always takes good care of my puppers Chewie and Bella!

I recently adopted a puppy from a shelter who was sent home with antibiotics. However, I was provided no real explanation on her condition or with suggested follow up measures. I took her to Country Critters and was extremely pleased with the attentiveness of Dr. Julie. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and explained my pet’s diagnosis with detail and ease. Tyler was wonderful with retrieving our puppy and even asked if we had any additional questions or concerns for the vet upon the conclusion of our visit. Wonderful experience! Would highly recommend.

Everyone was helpful as always. They have saved the lives of 2 of my dogs that other vets said it couldn’t be done. Dr.Stewert is not only a great dr. But also a good friend to my family.

The vet was nice and accommodating for my pit who’s dog aggressive. It is a little tight for those situations at the front desk. The visit took a little longer than most would like but as a walk in and tests run its expected to wait a bit. My dog ended having a uti and bacterial infection.
I haven’t gone back for a recheck yet no fault of my own our budget is a bit tight these days but my dog isn’t showing any signs either, I plan on more tests as soon as i can
Very friendly

We had tried another vet clinic in town and had an awful experience, so we went back to our old vet in southern Indiana. Since having my daughter, I wanted to establish care somewhere more convenient and this is very close to our house. My little dog has had a lot of health issues this summer and actually had to have surgery today. I’m very pleased with the transition in care there, and Dr. Julie has been especially helpful in getting to the bottom of what’s going on.

I was there discussing my concerns for my dog’s quality of life as she is up in years for her size and her hip hurts. It hurt just to think about losing her. The vet was very nice and the staff was also. Long story short the vet prescribed her some inexpensive pain meds and she is doing much better now. I can’t thank them enough.

Thank goodness for this staff. I had a very sick kitten. Because they care my kitten got the help she needed. She is happy and healthy now. Such nice people.

My Aussiedoodle was well taken care of from the time we checked in until I picked him up. Took him to get neutered. Vet was very professional and took great care of him.

I am so grateful to this clinic. My 13 year old dog was diagnosed 3 years ago with bladder incontinence due to age and placed on meds as the only way to help the issue. Since then we moved and needed a new vet. When I came to Country Critters to have her yearly exam and prescription updated the vet decided to just do a check up on her urinary tract rather than just rewriting the prescription just so she could be certain of the problem. Well she ended up finding a GIANT bladder stone taking up my poor dogs bladder. She ended up needing rather quick surgery as she had probably been in pain this whole time. I was so upset the other vets had more than likely missed it for years but so grateful that this clinic caught it. They promptly got her in for surgery and she’s healing wonderfully. Not to mention their very affordable pricing. All 3 of my dogs will be patients here for life no doubt.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Jill and staff! Very communicative and caring. My GP farm dog was cared for in the best way possible, even though she’s a working dog and not an indoor pet. Her spay went smoothly, and they kept me updated with her progress throughout the day. Such an easy and smooth experience with my big girl!

Friendly Staff, Great with our pups, and good prices.

Be sure to book an appointment, this is a small operation that’s taking in high volume. It’s a clinic, not a heavily staffed hospital. Walk-ins will have to wait a while if they are busy. I have seen them take emergencies in as a priority while we were waiting.

Keep up the good work, and great service!
